Gond ke ladoo are healthy Indian sweets specially made in winter. They give warmth, strength, and energy. This recipe uses 250 grams gond, perfect for making ladoos for the whole family.

Ingredients (For 250 Gram Gond)
- Gond (edible gum) – 250 grams
- Whole wheat flour – 500 grams (½ kg)
- Desi ghee – 500–600 grams
- Powdered jaggery or sugar – 500 grams (adjust to taste)
- Almonds (chopped) – 50 grams
- Cashews (chopped) – 50 grams
- Raisins – 2 tablespoon
How to Make
To start, heat a big pan on medium fire. Next, fry gond in small groups: put 2-3 spoon ghee each time, and mix till it puffs like popcorn and turns golden (2-3 mins). After that, take out, cool, and crush with hands or belan—keep it rough, not too fine.
Meanwhile, fry nuts, nariyal, kishmish in 1 spoon ghee for 1-2 mins till nice smell comes. Then, clean pan, put rest ghee, and roast atta on slow fire 8-12 mins. For instance, keep mixing so it doesn’t burn— it turns golden and smells good.
Mix and Shape
Once atta cools 5 mins (still hot), mix crushed gond, nuts mix, sonth, elaichi. Subsequently, add gud powder, and mix hard till ghee comes out and sticks—if dry, add 1-2 spoon hot ghee. Finally, rub ghee on hands, take small balls (20-25 grams), press tight, cool them 1 hour, and keep in
